1. I personally believe that the Wolfsbane Potion and the Polyjuice Potion are used most often because there are so many werewolfs that don't feel like killing people or animals once a month and nobody wants to be themselves any more.
2. Some of the most common use of Dittany is to regrow skin after injuries.
3. Wolfsbane potion is used by werewolfs to stop they're cravings and wolfsbane and some other minor things.

1) In my opinion, the most commonly used ingredient is the leaves from the Mandrake plant as they form the base for numerous antidotes.
2) Dittany is believed to have magical powers and is usually used to regrow skin if the person is injured badly, it is also used to keep closed wounds from scarring.
3) A werewolf would use a Wolfsbane potion to keep their werewolf side under control as it lessens the blood lust. No one knows whether it truly contains Wolfsbane (Aconite or Monks-hood) as both are used in potions.
