Charms is a subject at Hogwarts that teaches general spells, often called charms. Enunciation and wrist movement are very important when saying a spell, otherwise you might get very different results than what you were expecting.

charms is the type of spell that will have a temperary or permanate affect on one item/person
like a spell that in one of the books draco used on herononie

In weaving charms, it is important to say that spell correctly and to use the proper wand movement in order to aquire the desired results.

Charms is a class that is taught at Hogwarts. It teaches students, well, charms which need direct hand movement and need to be said correctly.
